A solution for missed deliveries
The project
This is a project conceived to facilitate package delivery, using local neighbourhood networks, easing carbon emissions and generating opportunities for earning income for their services rendered.
My Role
I worked on this as the UI designer and collaborated with the UX designer Philippe Destingy, we worked closely with a Product Owner and Programmer. I had the privilege to develop the logo and the illustrations as well. We used Adobe XD to develop and share the interface and prototypes.
Style Tile
Here below is the logo. It began by being called Neighbourhood Drop Off.
The logo evolved along with the name itself which became Cosy Colis, which is a name that I came up with, nominated by popular vote.
Above are the login and home screens. We chose a limited color palette that communicated utility and conviviality. The interface is kept simple, limited to essential functions. There are two types of users for this app, people holding packages and people picking up packages.

Below are the profile screens.
Above are the delivery screens and below are the availability screens.
The handover is a 4-step process, it includes scanning of a QR code or a bar code and the reception or rejection of the package. We must design for all possibilities including errors.
Next steps
Testing the prototype and evaluating the performance and efficiency of this version would be a normal evolution. My involvement with the project ceased after two weeks.

Conclusion
This project shows great potential by using local networks and cutting carbon emissions. There were challenges about how users might coordinate and I enjoyed the process.

Thank you for your time and attention.
